Limited Warranty
All products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
Return Policy
All products are sold with a limited return policy. Returns can be made only for manufacturer related issues. All sales are considered final. Contact Mike’s Drum Shop for Return Authorization numbers for manufacturer returns. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Credit Card returns can be used for credit with Mike’s Drum Shop online or in store. Returns would only be for product price excluding shipping and handling.
